1. Mix ingredients in large bowl squeezing ingredients with your hands and refrigerate over night.
2. Remove chops from marinade and cook over coals or on a bbq grill to your liking or a suggested 5min a side turning once.
3. Marinade mixture can be reduced and served as a red wine just if you wish.
