Unlike conventional chickens, Inglewood Organic Chicken breasts remain moist when cooked. This is because they take great care to Air Chill their birds instead of the conventional way of Spin Chilling chicken which uses a highly chlorinated icy slurry; some of this chlorine can be absorbed during the process.

For best results, cook slower than you would regular/conventional chicken. Once cooked, remove from the heat and quickly cover to prevent any loss of moisture.
Inglewood’s Organic Chicken will usually be delivered frozen which ensures freshness. From time to time however, if the timing is perfect, we may also deliver it fresh. If you do receive Inglewood chicken fresh we suggest freezing it quickly if you do not intend to cook with them within a few days to lock in the freshness!
