Our Free Range Bacon whilst technically a Low Nitrate product and in our opinion a healthier alternative to mass produced varieties does still contain them. We hope to have an alternative to this into the future.
Ingredients – Mineral Salts; 451, 450 & 452, Salt, Dextrose, Antioxidant 316, Sodium Nitrate 250, Hydrolysed Vegetable Protein (Maize), Vegetable Oil, The brine contains a total of only 1.52% sodium nitrate.
