The lamb in this pack comes curtesy of Farmer Tim who is in fact Murray’s first cousin!
Tim grows his grass fed & grass finished lambs in the small town of Pyramul, in the Mudgee region.
Tim’s lambs are processed between the ages of 6-12 months and are sometimes, depending on the season, what is referred to in the trade as Sucker Lambs which is akin to veal of beef. Tim’s lamb is in fact so good it has been known to convert many a non lamb lover into one = consume with care!!!
