If you do receive Inglewood chicken fresh we suggest freezing it quickly if you do not intend to cook with them within a few days to lock in the freshness!

Used the carcasses to make bone broth (24 hours in the slow cooker) which was then used as the base for my sweet potato and pumpkin soup. I have never had my soup so silky smooth and punched full of flavour. Hubby, daughters and son in law absolutely loved it.

Best time is when they arrive fresh. I love my broth on a lucky occasion when the carcasses haven’t been frozen. I get on it right away and put a pot on. I don’t cook anything without my broth( well, may be a BBQ lol). Great quality. And the broth from them is just like I remember my grandma used to make. Yum
