This means that it is as fresh as can be but as we transport refrigerated thawing will occur and as such we recommend consuming within 3 days of delivery or if still frozen when it arrives feel free to pop it into your freezer quickly to keep it as such.
How to perfectly panfry your wild south fishes
Non purist option:
Mix some plain flour with salt, pepper, chipotle chilli and grated zest of one lemon.
Just melt a knob of real butter in the frying pan. When butter is bubbling, add fish, rolled in flour or no, and cook for a couple of minutes each side. Squeeze of lemon and you are away.
