These Cutlet Racks are perfect for those who love lamb cutlets but hate the price tag! In each pack you get 5 racks, each with approx. 9 bones = 45 yummy cutlets!!!
When you slice them into cutlets you have the option to leave the yummy fat cap on or rip it off. If you do decide to take the caps off be sure to save all the meat for a yummy curry or strip the offcuts for a stir-fry or my favorite run them through a little mincer and make some delicious rissoles!
It you dont turn them into cutlets they also make incredible roasts.
These cutlet racks comes from one of our supplying partners Sydney Lamb who only source the best prime lamb bodies for their customers. As they do not purchase direct off the farm it is not possible to tell if the meat is 100% grass fed or not. If this is of concern please see our other options that when we know 100% will say grass fed 🙂
