They are great for roasting or casseroles and the perfect cut for making pulled pork. It stays nice and moist during slow cooking, which is where it yields the best results. Try marinating it overnight in your favourite flavours.

We were so excited to see this cut available as it is a family favourite! It is our go to for slow cooking and pulled pork. It was truly so tasty. We slow cooked it today to make ragu. The meat is full of flavour and pulls apart beautifully. Such a treat!
