All our supplying farms are 100% Grass Fed and Grass Finished with no nasties! The lambs are processed between the ages of 6-12 months and are sometimes, depending on the season, what is referred to in the trade as Sucker Lambs which is akin to veal of beef.
Lamb Value Packs are delivered on Saturday's and orders close Thursday at midday.
