All the lamb inside this pack comes straight from Farmer Tim’s farm, Woodlands, which is located in beautiful Pyramul - just outside of Mudgee.

Farmer Tim’s Lamb is 100% Grass Fed and Grass Finished with no nasties! The lambs are processed between the ages of 6-12 months and are sometimes, depending on the season, what is referred to in the trade as Sucker Lambs which is akin to veal of beef.

Frozen Item's - Whilst we transport refrigerated some defrosting is likely to occur in transit of any frozen items. Frozen Items will have the word "Frozen" in their name.
