Glen Donald’s olives are grown with tender loving care. Situated on the slopes of Yambira Mountains where it is never too hot or too cold, the olives quietly grow and ripen on the branch in a peaceful setting.

At harvest time, they are attentive to the harvesting of the olives. They’re hand-picked to minimise damage and processed within 24 hours to lock in the ultimate freshness and quality.

They have even thought about the bottles. Glen Donald Estate Bottles are made with the blackest glass to enhance the longevity of the oil. Sunlight may be the friend of the olive on the branch but once oil is produced it can drastically shorten the shelf life.

All their olive oil is First Cold Pressed to ensure the highest premium oil for their customers’ dining tables. Adding heat at the time of pressing faster can often at times destroy the subtle flavours found in quality olive oil. Demand first cold press oil especially when you are using it for salad dressings.
