Lisa’s ghee is Certified Organic small batch Grass-fed Ghee made with love here in Australia.

Ghee, is clarified butter, which has been simmered until the milk solids separate, it is then caramelised over a low heat, the liquid gold which remains is passed through a muslin cloth to remove any impurities, bottled and there you have it, Ghee glorious Ghee.

A favourite of those with intolerances to lactose or casein as Ghee contains less than 1% of either of those potentially inflammatory substances, it has numerous holistic applications, can be stored without refrigeration for long periods of time, and is excellent for cooking with its high smoke point of 230°C.

Ingredients: 100% Pure Australian Organic, Grass Fed Butter is the single ingredient. OMGhee do not add anything, but take things out. What? All the milk solids – they lactose, caesin and whey. The removal of these milk solids is the reason why most people with dairy intolerances ingest ghee easily without any negative side effects. OMGhee has no nasties – No GMOs, no lactose and gluten free.

Storage: Store at room temperature in a cool dark place and use within 3 months of opening. Keep clean and always use a fresh clean spoon. There is no need to refrigerate – sit it on your kitchen bench next to your other oils. To extend the shelf life of the ghee you may refrigerate it between uses.
