Ingredients: Gluten Free Sausage: Rice flour, salt, mineral salt (451), preservative 223(sulphite), Dehydrated vegetables, colour (160c), herb and spice extracts, canola oil, flavour, Enhancer (635). These make up our meal which is only added in small amounts to keep the sausages from quickly expiring. We also do not fill our sausages with fillers – which means you are getting a traditional country style meat sausage with a small amount of meal for flavour – not something that barely contains any meat like in the shops! 100% Grass Fed & Grass Finished Pure Breed Black Angus Yearling Beef – Processed at approx. 12-18 months of age
