Honey Cured Easycarve Leg Ham – Australian (Non-Free Range) – LGM

All the pork sourced for this ham is 100% Australian stall/cage free. The ham is then expertly cured in one of Sydneys best smoke houses.

Purchase it in; 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 or 7kg pieces all of which have no bone and will be ready to slice! 7kg pieces will usually be a whole ham and if close to weight may come vacuum sealed.

Please note that you will have approx. 1 week to consume the ham unless you use ham bag which you regularly rinse in a water and vinegar mix as you would with your Christmas hams.
