Beef Tallow – Cape Grim

Ingredients: 100% Pure Australian Organic, Grass Fed Butter is the single ingredient. OMGhee do not add anything, but take things out.  What?  All the milk solids – they lactose, caesin and whey. The removal of these milk solids is the reason why most people with dairy intolerances ingest ghee easily without any negative side effects. OMGhee has no nasties – No GMOs, no lactose and gluten free.

Storage: Store at room temperature in a cool dark place and use within 3 months of opening. Keep clean and always use a fresh clean spoon. There is no need to refrigerate – sit it on your kitchen bench next to your other oils. To extend the shelf life of the ghee you may refrigerate it between uses.
