A traditional pork Salami originating from the Calabrese region of Italy, sweet, juicy with a good hit of Chilli. Calabrese was born to be eaten on pizza with melted Mozzarella and Rosemary. Also ideal served with a sharp vintage Cheddar and ice cold lager or a chilled, full bodied Shiraz.
