Ingredients:Organic Chicken (58%), Water (18%), Organic Breadcrumbs (Organic Wheat Flour, Salt, Yeast), Organic Batter (Organic Wheat Flour, Organic Tapioca Starch, Salt, Vegetable Gum (Guar), Organic Spice, Organic Vegetable Powders),Organic Pre Dust (Organic Wheat Flour, Organic Rice Flour, Organic Sunflower Oil), Canola Oil (Soy), Calcium Alginate
Allergens: Contains Gluten (Wheat), Soybean

Cooking Instructions:
Bake: Put in a pre-heated oven (180ºc fan-forced) for 15-20 minutes until lightly golden and cooked through. Product should reach an internal temperature of 75ºc.
Fry: Shallow fry on a medium heat. 4-5 minutes each side until cooked through. Product should reach an internal temperature of 75ºc.
