Inglewood’s organic thigh fillets are lean, juicy and bursting with flavour.
They’re absolutely delicious in a huge variety of dishes, from marinated and barbecued to slowly braised in casseroles, tanginess and curries.
For best results, cook slower than you would regular/conventional chicken. Once cooked, remove from the heat and quickly cover to prevent any loss of moisture.
Inglewood’s Organic Chicken will usually be delivered frozen which ensures freshness. From time to time however, if the timing is perfect, we may also deliver it fresh. If you do receive Inglewood chicken fresh we suggest freezing it quickly if you do not intend to cook with them within a few days to lock in the freshness!
