We have been selling, and personally enjoying, Borrowdale’s hams for 9 Christmas’s and can honestly say they are absolutely delicious! Like with all Borrowdale’s pork these hams are 100% certified free range which we think might make all the difference or perhaps it’s the Beachwood smoke or expert craftsmanship of butchering and brining? Or perhaps it’s all of the above! But at the end of the day what matters is satisfied guests and one less thing for the host to worry about!
