Ingredients:  Water, Rice flour, Tapioca flour, Potato flour, Figs (10%), Dates, Linseed, *Almonds (3%), Sultanas, Sunflower oil, Orange, Salt, Psyllium, Yeast, Cinnamon.

Allergens: Contains almond. May contain date pits and traces of cashew, egg, hazelnut, macadamia, pecan, sesame, soy, walnut.

Storage: Keep Refrigerated for up to 5 days. It can be frozen for up to 2 months.
