4 x Gravy Beef 100% Grass Fed & Grass Finished Black Angus Yearling from Farmer Paul’s Teralba Park property located in the upper Hunter Valley in picturesque country side of Gresford.

Gravy beef is a rich and flavourful cut, taken from the shin of the animal. Unlike leaner steaks, this cut contains plenty of connective tissue and marbling, which breaks down beautifully during slow cooking. Best suited for stews, casseroles, and braises, gravy beef becomes tender and juicy when cooked low and slow, releasing a deep beefy flavour that enriches any dish.
