Mamma Tina’s Pasta Cooking Tips:

• When making pasta always salt and taste your water prior to adding your pasta.
• Adding a drizzle of olive oil in the water with your pasta will minimise the pasta sticking. Remember to stir!
• Heat your sauce prior to adding to drained cooked pasta.
