Crafted from premium free-range Australian pork the combination of Pork & Fennel is as traditional as it gets. ‘Finocchiona’ as it’s known in Italy,  is one of the most loved among Tuscan pork products. Its name comes from ‘finocchio’, or fennel, used to flavour the lean pork, an ideal all-rounder with a delectable taste and aroma that works well with any cheese and a light flavoured beer or wine.
