Puff pastry sheets 950g (DF – EF – GF – NF – V – VG):
- ingredients: white rice flour, potato starch, maize, margarine (vegetable oils and fats, water, emulsifiers, salt, natural flavour, preservative(202), acidity regulator(330), natural colour(160a) and antioxidant(307b)), xanthan gum, psyllium husk, feba protein, linseed powder, bicarb soda. Contains: Soy.
- shelf life: 3 months frozen
- baking instructions:
Good to use for pie tops, sausage rolls. Make sure the docked side facing the outside for a better product/puff.

- Let the puff come up to room temp for optimal flexibility
- Glaze with a mixture of egg yolk & water (1:1)
- Bake @180c fan forced for 35 ~ 40 mins, depending on the size the base is cooked
