This lamb rib plate is from Farmer Tim’s Grass fed and finished lambs (approx. 6-12 months of age) from their Woodlands property located in the beautiful Pyramul which is located just outside of Mudgee in NSW. Perfect for creating your own winter warmers.
Add a knob of Tallow or drizzle with olive oil add some carrot and kumara and slow cook these into a hearty warm winter stew!

Farmer Tim is our founder Murray’s Cousin who has been producing succulent grass fed and grass finished lambs for Country Meats Direct since 2015! Tim’s lambs are processed between the ages of 6-12 months and are sometimes, depending on the season, what is referred to in the trade as Sucker Lambs which is akin to veal of beef. Tim’s lamb is in fact so good it has been known to convert many a non lamb lover into one = consume with care!!!
