4 x Round Steaks 100% Grass Fed & Grass Finished Black Angus Yearling from Farmer Paul’s Teralba Park property located in the upper Hunter Valley in picturesque country side of Gresford.

The round steak is easy to cook. You can fry it in the pan or grill it on the barbecue. Both methods require you to give both sides of the meat a few minutes of heat. A a lean and flavourful beef cut known for its versatility, however it can dry out easily if its not cooked properly due to its lack of fat. 

Size: Approx 850g* (Each steak is approx. 210g)
