Savory shortcrust pastry sheets 860g (DF – EF – GF – NF – V – VG):
- ingredients: brown rice flour, potato starch, maize, xanthan gum, iodised salt, margarine (vegetable oils and fats, water, salt, emulsifiers (322, 471), natural flavour, acidity regulator (330), antioxidant (307b), natural colour (160a)), rice milk, water, feba protein, linseed powder, bicarb soda. Contains: Soy.

Good to use for pies/quiches. The dough can be cut to whatever is desired and off cuts can be rerolled. Doesn’t need to be docked.

- Let the pastry come up to room temp to be easier to use.
- Grease the pie tin foil/ baking dish well. Don’t need parbake, just fill & cook.
- Bake @160c ff for 30 ~ 40 mins until golden brown & pie base is cooked.
