Premium Australian grown Duck Breast, cured using Butt’s original cure recipe and hot smoked over local Australian Hard Wood. We use the largest duck breasts we can find and smoke them skin on to retain as much flavour as possible. A rich and natural flavour all of its own. Ready to eat.
