Wild South hand filter and then snap freeze all their produce. This means that it is as fresh as can be but as we transport refrigerated thawing will occur and as such we recommend consuming within 3 days of delivery or if still frozen when it arrives feel free to pop it into your freezer quickly to keep it as such.
