‘Organic Silverbeet – 1 bunch

Organic certified Silverbeet, which some people know as Spinach, is perfect for juicing or adding shredded leaves to mashed potatoes, stir fries, soups or pasta. Bake, boil, braise, microwave, sautéed, steam, stew, stir-fry or stuff!

Silverbeet is full of nutrients and can be cooked in a similar way to cabbage.

Preparation:

  • Cut bottom off.
  • Remove loose and any discoloured leaves.
  • Remove leaves from stalks, wash well.
  • Shred or coarsely chop if required.

Ingredients: Australian grown silverbeet

Storage: Silverbeet is best stored in a plastic or paper bag in the fridge and/ or in the crisper. Keep away from high ethylene producing fruits & vegs like apples, bananas, tomatoes and avocados as like broccoli, cabbage and cauliflower.
