Kale is best stored in a paper bag in the fridge. Keep away from high ethylene producing fruits & vegs like apples, bananas, tomatoes and avocados as like broccoli, cabbage and cauliflower, kale is ethylene sensitive.
PREPARATION
- Remove loose and any discoloured leaves.
- Remove leaves from stalks, wash well.
- Shred or coarsely chop if required.

- Bake, boil, braise, microwave, sautéed, steam, stew, stir-fry or stuff!
