‘Australian Kale – 1 bunch
Perfect for juicing or adding shredded leaves to mashed potatoes, stir fries, soups or pasta. Bake, boil, braise, microwave, sautéed, steam, stew, stir-fry or stuff!
Kale is full of nutrients and can be cooked in a similar way to cabbage. Try dehydrating for a crispy snack! Fresh Kale has crisp green leaves with firm stalks.
Preparation:
- Remove loose and any discoloured leaves.
- Remove leaves from stalks, wash well.
- Shred or coarsely chop if required.

Storage: Kale is best stored in a paper bag in the fridge. Keep away from high ethylene producing fruits & vegs like apples, bananas, tomatoes and avocados as like broccoli, cabbage and cauliflower, kale is ethylene sensitive.
