These delicious butt end tenderloins come from young grass fed cattle and are therefor incredibly lean and perfect to be cooked medium – rare in any way shape or form! Think – slicing into indulgent steaks for 4-5 adults. Other options would be to use them to make mini roasts or ridiculously tender schnitzels! They would also work well; butterflied, stuffed with favourite filling and roll in prosciutto and tied for some Mediterranean flair.
